if you had a certain something that people liked
but you dont.
would you be contented just knowing that people actually like it?
or would you continue being discontented cus it doesn't fulfill ur personal content?
would you want to remove or change that certain something just so that u'll be happy?
but that will mean that people around would be disappointed, but u dont care just as long as ure happy?
the point is:
others or yourself?
oh btw the certain something isn't something that is fake or pretended.
its something genuine. umm nvm this part is redundant.
the former, ' others', relates to self-sacrifice, some self-denial, and acceptance.
sacrifice of own's happiness for others
maybe denying the dislike to the certain smth
and accepting the certain smth.
the latter is selfishness.
